30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your SquitoSmack™ purchase.

Due to the hygienic nature of this product and direct skin contact, opened, used, or tested items are not eligible for return or refund.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in resalable condition

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Products that have come into contact with skin
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Processing
